As an associated partner of this website, you will be given the following facilities:

Primary placement on all search listings

Upon completion of the initial search criteria, the business listing will appear with all associated locations higher on the listings. These listings will also appear bolder and larger than those of non-associated locations. Customers can then distinguish that business to improving and maintaining customer care.

Online Test-Drive & Lead Generation

If a user is looking for a centre with which to purchase a new or used vehicle, all associated businesses will have an automated function. The user can request a test-drive at that business. Furthermore, on completion of a review we ask the user if they would like to purchase a vehicle and in what time-frame including make and model. This lead will then be forwarded to the associated business to follow through.

Online Discounted Service Booking Facility

If a user is looking for a centre with which to service their vehicle, all associated businesses will further have an automated function. The user can request a service date and/or time at that service centre. This will be immediately be communicated to the centre to be followed through. We request that as a further aid to both consumer and business that all online bookings result in a 10% discount offered to the servicing party. This will vastly increase the desirability of the associated businesses, whilst further saving the motorists money.

Customer Service Reporting & Analysis

As an associated location, will generate monthly and quarterly reporting figures based on industry-standard key performance indicators. These reports will drill-down into the reviews and indicate where the specific business is superior, whilst offering the facility to individualise key performance areas. These can be used for training needs analysis and trend indicators.

Negative Feedback Management

Upon completion of a review, an associated business will have the facility to review all customer comments and view a breakdown of the review before it gets posted onto the live website. The period for consultation with the customer will be 14 days, allowing the designated individuals to make enough contact with the consumer to deal with any negative thoughts that customer had regarding their experience. Once satisfied the associated business can submit the review for live display, the review after two weeks will automatically post to the live website.
